Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Bedhatu Jibicho.  This woman-produced coffee features notes of lemonade, peach syrup, jasmine and black tea.  Light roast.
 
Bedhatu Jibicho started working in coffee in the 1960s and takes great pride in the fact that she has managed her family’s farm operations for over 50 years. Her coffee continues to impress year after year and this year’s lot is particularly elegant.
